| Our team of Receptionists answer the telephone, arrange appointments, make arrangements for house calls, organise repeat prescriptions and provide administrative support as part of the health care team. Our Receptionists have been trained to help you in the most appropriate way, and you are asked to try and co-operate with them. On booking your appointment, you may be asked to give a few details.
