*** Please be aware that major roadworks commence on the roads around the Medical Centre from 3rd September for 4 months***

Roadworks around the Practice will commence on the 3rd September 2018 until January 2019, we have received a statement from the Contractors stating:

The temporary traffic management will be in place as we need to widen the southbound carriageway to 3 lanes and then construct a new junction that will link Renfrew Road to Wallnuek Road. Our aim to have as minimal disruption as possible. We have been carefully planning all aspects of the work and obtained Renfrewshire Council approval for our traffic management proposals.

The works to Renfrew Road are programmed to be completed early January and will be sequenced to ensure there is 2 southbound lanes open at all times, northbound the carriageway will be restricted to one lane immediately after the junction but we don’t anticipate this causing any major delays. Pedestrian access to both sides of the carriageway will be maintained at all times.
